Shipping & Policies

1. Shipping Time

For all Jewelry (MADE TO ORDER) items, please allow 1-3 weeks for the shipment of your order. For all other items, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. 

I am the only person running my shop and suffer from bilateral wrist pain, so please be patient with me! Items may take longer to ship or arrive due to COVID-19, severe weather conditions, and busy holiday seasons.

2. International Orders

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly! Otherwise, if your region is excluded at any time, you may message me directly for a transaction via PayPal if your item(s) is still available. 

Int'l shoppers may be responsible for additional fees upon shipment and delivery.

3. Returns, exchanges, and cancelations

No exchanges or cancelations. For returns and refunds, please refer to policies 3 through 5. All items under Thrift & Vintage and Gift Cards are strictly final sale and non-refundable.

4. Defective or damaged jewelry

If your item(s) arrived defective upon arrival, you may contact me directly at info@fairydeathcrypt.com within 14 days of delivery. Please be prepared to show photographic/video proof.

If your item(s) arrived damaged, feel free to contact me and I'll see what I can do for you. Please note that I package all orders as securely as I can and am not responsible for how USPS may handle your package.

5. Missing packages

I am not responsible for missing packages. If your package is missing, be sure to report your issue with USPS.

6. Custom Orders

I am not taking custom orders at this time.
